Our story
Running a business can be lonely. Your team cannot hear everything. Your family hears too much. And most networking is really selling.
G3 started with a simple conviction: owners grow faster, lead better, and enjoy the ride more when they are surrounded by people who understand the weight they carry and want them to win.
We built G3 around practical coaching, candid peer forums, and shared experiences that make it easy to show up. It started in Austin, and we are building chapters across Texas.

G3 is veteran owned and led. Service taught us the value of a team you trust and a mission bigger than yourself. We make veteran owners a priority, and we welcome every owner who wants to build something good.

U.S. Army Reserve veteran with nearly two decades in private banking, lending, and capital markets.
